Romaine Lettuce Recalled Due to Possible Listeria Contamination

California-based True Leaf Farms is expanding its recall of romaine lettuce due to concerns that it has been tainted by the bacterium Listeria monocytogenes. The recall now includes approximately 2,500 cartons distributed in 21 states throughout the U.S. and Canada.
