The restaurant, however, remains open while the National Environment Agency (NEA) and the Ministry of Health (MOH) investigate the reports of alleged food poisoning. In a reply to The Straits Times, NEA and MOH said they conducted a joint inspection of the buffet restaurant on Tuesday and also inspected Wasabi Bistro, a restaurant on the same level that supplies sashimi to Melt.
