The Government stated: “The Norovirus is suspected, although this has yet to be confirmed.” If these past two weeks the virus had not yet been identified, why was the ward in question, Victoria Ward, not quarantined until the Government was sure the public was safe, the risk mitigated and other wards free from risk of the virus spreading to them, as has now happened?
